VocaFlow won't start a new transcription until you upgrade your plan or buy credits. Your existing projects stay open, editable and exportable.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Plan minutes reset each month and don't roll over. Credits you buy never expire, and they're only used after your monthly allowance runs out.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. VocaFlow works in a mobile browser, and project pages switch to a phone layout for reading and editing transcripts.
Who owns my media and transcripts?
