Files
Upload audio or video from your computer. The upload dialog accepts MP4, MOV, MP3, WAV and M4A files up to 4 GB. Steps are in Uploading a file.
Links
Paste a public link from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or X and VocaFlow fetches the media for you — no download needed. The video has to be publicly viewable; private or removed videos can't be fetched.
Other platforms aren't supported. If your video lives somewhere else, download the file and upload it instead. See Pasting a URL.
Spoken language
When you create a project you can leave the spoken language on Detect automatically or choose it yourself. For pasted links whose captions exist in several languages, choosing it yourself is the safer option.
