Editing segments
Correct the transcript line by line; edits save as you go.

Correct a line
Open a completed project to see the transcript, one timestamped segment per line, next to the media player. Click into any line to change its text — useful for names, jargon or anything misheard. Edits save as you go.
Find a line
The Search box above the transcript filters the segments to those containing what you type.
Playback
For uploaded files, the line being spoken follows playback. For projects made from a YouTube link the video is embedded, and the current line isn't highlighted while it plays.
What your edits affect
Exports are generated from the current transcript, so your edits are already in the file. Translations also run on the edited transcript, so it's worth fixing mistakes before you add a language.
