Billing questions

How does billing work?

Starter and Pro are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically and charge your card on the same date each month. Credit bundles are a one-time purchase — no subscription, no renewal.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire, and they're only used after your monthly plan allowance runs out. At $0.25/min, they work the same whether you're on a plan or not.

What happens if a job fails?

You're never charged for a failed job. If a transcription fails, any minutes charged for it are automatically refunded to your balance in full.

Can I switch plans?

Yes — Settings → Billing has a Change plan option, so you can move between Starter and Pro as your usage changes.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, no partial refund for the remaining days.

Who handles payments?

LemonSqueezy processes all payments and subscriptions. VocaFlow never stores your card details.
