Terms of Service

1. The service

VocaFlow lets you transcribe, translate, and subtitle audio and video content by uploading files or pasting supported links (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use VocaFlow (generally 18+, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload and everything VocaFlow generates from it (transcripts, translations, summaries). You're responsible for having the rights to any content you upload or link to — VocaFlow doesn't verify ownership or licensing of third-party content you paste links to.

4. Plans, credits, and billing

• VocaFlow offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro) with a fixed monthly minute allowance, and one-time credit bundles that never expire and can be used alongside a subscription or on their own (pay-as-you-go).
• Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Failed jobs are never charged: if a transcription job fails, any minutes charged for it are automatically refunded to your balance in full.
• Prices and current plan details are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VocaFlow to:

• Upload or process content you don't have the right to use.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Violate any applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service availability

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Transcription accuracy depends on underlying third-party AI models and may vary by audio quality, language, and content.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile. This immediately and permanently removes your projects, files, and account data, and cancels any active subscription.

8. Limitation of liability

VocaFlow is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VocaFlow is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of VocaFlow will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VocaFlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
